The app works well in Tasmania and connects you to the national 1800RESPECT service (1800 737 732), which operates 24/7 across all of Australia.
Important: The app helps but isn’t a replacement for calling 000 in immediate danger, or 1800 608 122 (FVCSS) for crisis support.
The app is designed to be discreet and help you stay safe while planning your next steps.
