Home Base is a Tasmanian organisation working to end youth homelessness and provide young people with resources, safe spaces and opportunities to build brighter futures. They are focussed on young people aged 5 to 25. Programs include:

1. Accommodation at Mara House and Colville Place. Supported accommodation

2. Supporting Adolescent Boys Trial (SABT) : For young men and adolescent boys aged 12 to 18 who have had an experience of family, domestic and sexual violence. The aim is to help in their recovery and healing from this experience. They can also support parents, carers and intimate partners when it’s safe to do so.

2. Step Up Program: Helps young people aged 11 to 17 who are using violence at home or in relationships. They work one-on-one with the young person and their family or partner to find better ways to deal with conflict, teaching nonviolent communication and conflict resolution. Parents also learn positive, non-violent parenting approaches.

3. Reconnect : A confidential school-based program for youth aged between 12 and 18 in southern Tasmania. It supports young people and families to strengthen relationships with family, school and the community.

4. Eureka Mental health programs for people over 18 years who have experienced, or are experiencing, mental ill-health and want access to support, activities and the opportunity to build social connections.

5. Flow : Voluntary program in southern Tasmania that provides support to young people aged between 12 to 18 whose use of violent behaviour has placed them at risk of ongoing contact with the youth justice system or exclusion from education.
