Catholic Care Tasmania provides comprehensive family violence support services across Tasmania. Services are available to everyone regardless of background or beliefs.

Specialised Family Violence Service

• Offers in depth assessment of your needs to customise support which may include:
• Individual and family counselling to address the impacts of family violence

Counselling and support groups for children and young people who have experienced or witnessed family violence

Safety planning and support for victims

Counselling for couples and individuals dealing with controlling, aggressive, violent, or abusive behaviours in their relationships

• Case management and referrals to other services as needed
• Delivers the Shark Cage program (link to Shark cage info)

General Counselling Services for anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, mental health, grief, and parenting

Family Programs intensive support to help you make the best decisions for you and your child during the Child Protection process

Post- separation co-parenting program – between two homes to help with concerns about family separation and care of children

Building Up Dads The BUDS group meets to share and learn about parenting with professional counsellors

Loreto Community Housing offering social housing only available through Housing Connect and affordable housing managed directly by Loreto Community Housing. Includes comprehensive and responsive tenancy management services.
